Amount (Rs.) 1 LOW HEIGHT SINGLE WINDOW COUNTER Providing and fixing low height Single Window counters / Case Manager’s table with a maximum width of 3'0" in required shape as per typical design. The main structure of the counter is to be made of 19mm thick BWP Phenol Formaldehyde block board of Green Ply/Century/Austin/Archid only. The width of the counter should have 5'0" (with disc credenza / cabinet of 1'4" wide and maximum 3'6" length / depth (including width of counter). The vertical supporting members of counter are to be made of 19 mm thick BWP Phenol Formaldehyde block board (of approved or equivalent make). D-Tel box shall be fitted properly in right hand side. Plywood Drawer & Cupboard to be provided where D-Tel box is not required. The key board pullout tray to be provided in addition to drawer with lock and key make arrangement of standard make. The left hand side should have cabinet made of 19 mm thick BWP, PF plywood and cavity keeping CPU as per design / drawing. The counter top have a neat hole to be made in the table for connecting the wires which is to be covered with a white colored PVC insert (wire manager) with moveable parts to put the wires and sockets to cover the hole neatly. The exposed block – board/ plywood to be covered with 1 mm thick blue / white high gloss laminate of Greenlam/Archid/Century/Merino/Aica/Formica of approved shade and colour. Exposed portions to be also covered with 1 mm thick blue/white high gloss laminate of approved shade and colour. The internal and non-visible side of all drawers, cabinets and counter table shall be painted with 3 coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer on the internal side. Glass portion made of 12 mm thick toughen glass of approved make as per design and specification securely fixed in toughen section as per design and details and all necessary standard quality of fittings, hard wares, locks (make or equivalent). Door shutter of 19 mm BWP board to be fixed at the rear side of counter with automatic locking system from Godrej or equivalent. All work to be completed as per approved materials Colour & Laminate etc and specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rmt. 5 2 FULL HEIGHT PARTITIONS PARTLY PANELED AND PARTLLY GLAZED/SOLID PARTITION Providing and fixing double skin partly paneled & partly glazed or solid full height partition with frames of 50 mm x 38 mm (finished size) seasoned hardwood members (Gamhar, Malaysian Sal wood / hollock) at maximum intervals of 450 mm x 450 mm with provision of bigger members at skirting, fixing to RCC Slab, Beams etc. all wood work to be treated with 1st quality anti- termite paint and covered with 6 mm thick BWP grade plywood(Green Ply/Century/Austin/Archid) and 0.8 mm thick (Greenlam/Archid/Century/Merino/Aica/Formica) blue / white high gloss laminate with grooves / small / panels cut and pasted in the same as per typical design, on both sides so as to form able skin partition to level 900 mm and with 8.0 mm clear float toughen glass of approved make as above at item-1 of Modi float or equivalent above, etched / etching film pasted as per design fixed in wooden frame . The wooden frame of the partition shall continue right up to the ceiling as shall be firmly fixed to the ceiling and ground by means of Rawal Plugs etc necessary fasteners so as to form a stable system / partition all complete work with provision for wiring to be done by other agencies all complete work as per specifications and direction of Bank. Rates are inclusive of all hardware, paints, ply, laminate, toughened glass & other material, labour etc. All work to be completed as per drawing, design, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge /Bank. Sqm. 0 3 LOW HEIGHT PARTITION Providing and fixing low / half height partitions up to 4’ 0” with double skin paneling up to 3’-0” and 12 mm thick toughened glass of approved make above frameless on the top and sides and sturdily fixed at the bottom all complete job with all other specifications and details to be as per item No. 2 above and as per the design.
