The shortlisted PMC Firms/Individual shall be invited for presentation and date shall be intimated by SBI after the scrutiny of Technical Bid. 16. All efforts will be made to furnish clarification during the pre-bid meeting. In exceptional cases, the clarification will be furnished subsequently. In both cases, the minutes of the pre-bid meeting containing clarifications shall be published on the BANK’s website only. The PMCs are advised to submit the complete set of documents in properly spiral bounded form. The applications received in loose sheets shall be summarily disqualified. The purpose of this EOI is to provide the PMC(s) with information to assist preparation of their Bid proposals. This EOI does not claim to contain all the information each PMC may require.
