AGM/P&E/e-TENDER/2026-27/04 NOTICE INVITING TENDER State Bank of India (SBI) invites e -tenders for Integrated Facility Management Services (Housekeeping & Maintenance with catering services) for State Bank of India, Transit House at SURYA VIHAR, GURUGRAM AND EAST KIDWAI NAGAR, NEW DELHI as per following schedule: The details of schedule of the tender are as under: 1. a) Scope of Work Integrated facility management services ( Housekeeping & maintenance with catering services) for SBI Transit House at SURYA VIHAR, GURUGRAM AND EAST KIDWAI NAGAR, NEW DELHI (Details as per the tender documents). b) Mode of Tender Through GeM Portal 2 a) Tender invitation (open period) 10 days from date of issue of Tender on GeM portal b) Tender technical bid opening As per GeM c) technical bid clarification time As per GeM d) Price bid opening As per GeM 3 a) Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Rs 43,000/- (Rupees Forty-Three Thousand only) to be submitted in the form of Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque in favour of “AGM (Premises & Estate), LHO, New Delhi and payable at Delhi. Micro and Small enterprises (MSE) Vendors are exempted from EMD subject to uploading valid MSME/UDYAM registration certificate. b) Experience The company / firm must have minimum 05 years of experience before the bid opening date in Integrated Facility Management Services (Housekeeping & Maintenance with catering services). Copy of documents as per Experience criteria of GeM to be uploaded as proof of experience. c) Annual Turnover (Average annual turnover in last three years 2023-24,24-25 & 25-26). Provisional of 26-27 may also be considered on producing valid CA certificate. Minimum 30% of the estimated cost of the annual contract value/Bid Value (excluding GST) 4 d) Full-fledged office/Branch Office The bidder must have full -fledged office/ branch office at any of these places i.e., Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Gurugram only. To establish the existence of the office/branch office, the bidder shall provide any of the following documents which should not be older than three (03) months old from the bid submission date/tender floating date. Latest electricity bil l in the name of bidder or GST certificate indicating the office address of bidder or Valid T rade license or /ESI/PF registration certificate/Receipt or any other Government - issued document evidencing the office address of bidder . Document should be maximum 3 months old from tender floating date (To ascertain the Office/Branch office, Bank may visit/verify the said office at its own discretion). e) Past Experience The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last five (05) years ending of months preceding the month in which applications/bids are invited should be either of the following. (i.e., the similar completed works during the period 01.08.2021 to 31.07.2026 shall be considered for evaluation). (i) Successfully completed at least one (01) similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the present work/Bid value (excluding GST). OR (ii)Successfully completed at least two (02) similar works, each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the present work/Bid value (excluding GST). OR (iii)Successfully completed at least three (03) similar works, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the present work/Bid value (excluding GST). Note: Similar work means, successful completion of Integrated Facility Management Services (Housekeeping & Maintenance with catering services) for Central Govt. Deptt. or State Govt Deptt. or Semi Govt Deptt. or PSU or Public Sector Bank or Public Limited(listed) Company. The bidders must be submitted the work completion certificate along with work order or GST invoice. 4 Initial Security Deposit (ISD) 2% of the total value of the contract including Earnest Money (excluding GST) to be submitted in the form of Demand draft or Bankers Cheque in FAVOUR “AGM (Premises & Estate), LHO, New Delhi and payable at Delhi. With-in 7 days from date of receipt of work order. 5 Security Deposit (SD) Interest free security deposit shall be 5% of the Annual contract value of the work. The Security Deposit shall be paid after the Completion of the Contract. No interest shall be paid by the Bank on Security Deposit.
