Details of tenders are as under :- 1. Name of work Electrical and allied work of SBI premises at SANGARIA BRANCH (51097), AGM SBI RBO - 6,HANUMANGARH 2. Time allowed for completion 45days from the date of Commencement/ handing over of site whichever is earlier. 3. Earnest Money Deposit Earnest money in form of DD of Rs. 10,000/- Exempted for MSME registered vendor (To be submit EMD or MSME Certificate 4 Retention Money 5% of the final bill upto defect liability period 5 Security Deposit and performance guarantee Vendor has to submit additional performance guarantee in the form of FDR or Bank Guarantee favoring State Bank of India, difference amount of the 90% of the estimated cost and tender cost, if the tender value is lower by more than 10% of estimated value 6 Last date and time of receipt of tender Online 25.09.2026 Up to 03:00 PM 7 Address at which the tenders are to be submitted SBI e-Tender Portal www.tenderwizard.com/SBIETENDER 8 Date and time of opening of tender Online on 25.09.2026 at 04:30 PM 9. Liquidated Damages At the rate of 0.5% of the contract value per week of delay subject to a maximum of 5% of the accepted contract value. 13. Rates Rates quoted by the bidder shall remain firm throughout the contract period(including variations) taxes Duties, levies, royalties, transportations, labour other incidental charges, etc. PVA & PVA clause shall not be applicable. Rates are inclusive of all taxes except GST. GST shall be pai d extra as applicable 14. Payment terms 1st Running/Adhoc payment @ 75 % of work progress assessment. Final payment will be made within 30 days from the date of joint verification of the bill by the Bank’s engineer/Architect and contractor. 15. Refund of retention deposit 5% retention money of final bill pay After Defect Liability Period of 12 months. 16. Working schedule Since the work has to be carried out in the running office and hence the contractor has to execute the work with minimum disturbance to the occupant. 17. Insurance The contractor shall obtain all necessary insurance policies as per the law applicable at the center and shall be required to produce the original policies and receipts of the premium applicable in the matter to the Bank. 18. Water & Electricity Water and Electricity shall be provided by the Bank at one point, if available However, further distribution and extension and light fixtures etc with required MCB switches. Switch boards, lamp, t u b e etc shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost with the accepted tender cost. 4 19.
