Details

Sarpsborg municipality (hereafter called the Contracting Authority) would like to enter into a contract for a tool/system that is developed to counteract working life crime and social dumping and to promote seriousness in the industry. The municipality would like to be able to obtain a better overview and control of its projects/contracts independent of the executing contractor/supplier.

Lots Lot 1 — Tender documentation: Competition terms and qualification requirements: Applies to the actual competition and participation requirements. Confirmation shall also be given that the contract terms are accepted. Lot 2 — Requirement Specifications: In this part you can find a more detailed description of the extent, the requirements that the contracting authority has for the system and the delivery Lot 3 — Award criteria: The award will be on the basis of which tender has the best relation between price/cost and quality. 1. Price (40 %) Under this criteria: The offered price in the form of a completed price form. 2.
