Details

The contracting authority is holding an open tender contest on a Platform for strategic traffic analysis - Digital twinTrondheim municipality and the collaboration partners in the Environmental Package are facing an increasing complexity in transport planning. With a high number of simultaneous plan processes and road projects, the need for quick access to precise analyses and updated decision making basis is high. The aim of the tender is to procure a modern platform for strategic traffic analyses that shall function as a digital decision-making tool for Trondheim municipality and collaboration partners in The Environment Package. Enables quick testing of alternative measures and scenarios. Visualise consequences for traffic flow, environment (noise/air quality) and area use. Support inter-agency cooperation and decision making by being available to all parties in the Environment Package. It functions as a "digital laboratory" where planners and decision makers can simulate, analyse and visualise the consequences of different transport and area measures before they are implemented in real life. The contract includes access to analysis software, as well as the necessary services for integration with the existing infrastructure. The contract will be valid for 1 (one) year calculated from the delivery day. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the Customer before the renewal date. Tenderers can give notice on the contract with 12 (twelve) months notice before the renewal date. There is no upper limit for the number of contract renewals.
