PA & Consultancy services - Parallel framework agreements 2027 - 2029

Trondheim municipality c/o Trondheim Eiendom, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of parallel framework agreements within consultancy consultancy services. The objective of the procurement is to ensure that Trondheim municipality has sufficient capacity and competence within construction and construction services. Framework agreements shall be signed within the following categories: * Project management, construction management and project management* Procurements and contract follow-up* Architect services - (ARK)* Architect services - Landscape architect (LARK)* Architect services - Interior architect (IARK)* Engineering design services and reviews* Seriousness, otherwise the tender documentation, annex A General Description, Annex B Services and drafts for a contract for a more detailed description of the competition and the needs within each category. award criteria and contract and call-off terms. (estimated 8000000.00): Trondheim municipality needs external assistance for the provision of consultancy services within public procurements and following-up contracts. Lot 3 — B1 - Architect services - ARK (estimated 50000000.00): Trondheim municipality needs external assistance for the provision of consultancy services within Architect Services - ARK.Se Annex Part II - C2 Services for further details on the sub-contract. Lot 4 — B2 - Architect services - Landscape architect (LARK) (estimated 24000000.00): Trondheim municipality needs external assistance for the provision of consultancy services within Architect Services - Landscape Architect (LARK). (estimated 80000000.00): Trondheim municipality needs external assistance for engineering design services for construction projects of the type schools, nurseries, nursing homes, sports buildings and administration buildings etc.In addition the contract can be used within some types of construction projects - roads, water/sewage and waste facilities etc., where there is a necessary part of the projects mentioned above. Lot 7 — D - Seriousness (estimated 8000000.00): Trondheim municipality needs external assistance for the provision of consultancy services within seriousness. The service requirement shall contribute to ensuring compliance with laws and rules, preventing social dumping and counteracting work-related crime (a-krim) in our building and construction projects.
