Deze selectieleidraad bevat de informatie omtrent de aanbesteding van de bouwkundige werkzaamheden (incl. sloop) en de installatietechnische werkzaamheden voor de realisatie van het nieuwbouwproject ’t Schylger Jouw te Midsland, Terschelling. Ook de nieuwbouw van een gymzaal behoort bij de opdracht.
De te realiseren nieuwbouw heeft een omvang van totaal ca. 2.350 m² bvo en biedt onderdak aan de voortgezet onderwijs school ’t Schylger Jouw. De gymzaal heeft een omvang van totaal ca. 730 m² bvo.
De realisatie van het werk is gesplitst in drie percelen, te weten:
- Perceel 1: bouwkundige werkzaamheden (incl. sloop bestaande school)
- Perceel 2: elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige werkzaamheden
- Perceel 3: bouwkundige en installatietechnische werkzaamheden gezamenlijk
De gemeente Terschelling is samen met het voortgezet onderwijs (VO) instelling op het eiland voornemens om in het dorp Midsland een nieuwe onderwijsinstelling te realiseren. Na realisatie bestaat de nieuwbouw uit de
