Details

The purpose of this tender is to establish a Framework Agreement between the Contracting Authority and one Contractor for the hiring of vehicles (cars) in Norway. The contract involves the on-demand hire and supply of reliable and safe vehicles (cars) that are suitable for the (extreme) weather conditions in Norway. Among other things, the vehicles must meet specific requirements regarding grip, stability and performance at low temperatures. The hire period may vary from 1 day to several days or consecutive weeks. The locations where the vehicles are to be delivered and collected are primarily: military sites, civilian companies, seaports, airports and junctions within Norway. The Contractor must be able to supply the following types and/or models of vehicles: 1. Compact car (4 passengers) 2. Mid-size car (5 passengers) 3. Mid-size estate car (5 passengers) 4. SUV (5 passengers) 5. MPV (5 passengers) 6. Minibus (9 passengers) 7. Cargo van (2 passengers) Annex 1 sets out the requirements relating to the contract.
