De gemeente Leiden heeft in het kader van de bereikbaarheid van de stad met grote regelmaat behoefte aan de inzet van verkeersregelaars om de verkeersveiligheid in de stad te borgen en bezoekersstromen te reguleren. Het doel van deze Aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Raamovereenkomst voor de inzet van verkeersregelaars die zorgdragen voor een goede verkeersafwikkeling tijdens geplande werkzaamheden, evenementen en calamiteiten. De gevraagde inzet van verkeersregelaars is voor zowel dag- als nachtwerk. Op basis van historische gegevens en een prognose van de verwachte inzet gedurende de komende jaren wordt een Opdrachtwaarde geraamd op € 540.250, - excl. btw per jaar. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde op basis van maximale looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst bedraagt € 2.161.200, - excl. btw.
