Binnen het cluster Beheer en Projecten bestaat behoefte aan ondersteuning op het gebied van Meet- en tekenwerkzaamheden. Naast de inzet van gecontracteerde ingenieursdiensten – doorgaans landelijke of regionale bureaus die projectmatig opereren binnen een vooraf bepaalde scope en tijdsperiode – bestaat er behoefte aan een kleinere, lokaal georiënteerde partij.
