Omgevingsdienst IJmond wenst één overeenkomst te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor het op basis van Single Tenant SaaS leveren van een VTH zaak- en registratiesysteem inclusief de benodigde koppelingen, hierna ook aangeduid als ‘de Oplossing’. Zie voor meer informatie de Aanbestedingsstukken. Alle ondernemers die aan de eisen voldoen, worden uitgenodigd een Inschrijving in te dienen. Dat kan zelfstandig, als Samenwerkingsverband en/of door een beroep te doen op Derden en/of Onderaannemers. De omvang van de opdracht is bepaald op basis van 1) implementatiekosten, 2) vaste periodieke kosten voor de levering van de oplossing op basis van SaaS inclusief hosting, onderhoud, support en technisch beheer en 3) separate ontwikkelkosten.
