Details

Provincie Gelderland is van plan een Europese openbare aanbesteding te starten voor een anonimiserings- en ondersteuningstool voor de Wet open overheid (WOO). Met deze vooraankondiging informeren wij de markt over de toekomstige aanbesteding. Op deze manier kunnen geïnteresseerde partijen rekening houden met onze voorlopige planning en zich tijdig voorbereiden op deelname aan de aanbesteding. Daarbij kunnen marktpartijen ook rekening houden met de planning van de Nota van Inlichtingen, zodat voldoende tijd beschikbaar is voor het bestuderen van de aanbestedingsstukken en het stellen van vragen. De opdracht betreft een oplossing die medewerkers ondersteunt bij de behandeling van WOO-verzoeken. Denk hierbij aan het anonimiseren van documenten en het ondersteunen van werkzaamheden binnen het WOO-proces. De aanbestedingsstukken en de definitieve planning worden gepubliceerd bij de start van de aanbestedingsprocedure. De in deze vooraankondiging opgenomen planning is voorlopig. Provincie Gelderland behoudt zich het recht voor deze planning te wijzigen. Aan deze vooraankondiging kunnen daarom geen rechten worden ontleend.
