Details

De opdracht betreft de Levering van bewegwijzering op de Defensielocatie Camp New Amsterdam (CNA) in Huis ter Heide. De bewegwijzering is gebaseerd op de nieuwe bewegwijzering strategie Defensie en bestaat uit bewegwijzeringsborden voor wegverkeer, voetgangers en gebouw (gevel) borden. De Aanbestedende dienst heeft het ontwerp van de bewegwijzering beschreven in functionele en technische specificaties. Opdrachtnemer dient hier uitvoering aan te geven. De scope van de opdracht bestaat uit: Het ontwikkelen van een technisch ontwerp per bordtype; De productie en plaatsing/montage van onderstaande bewegwijzering. Een deel van deze bewegwijzering zal in de grond geplaatst worden op enkele/dubbele palen, een ander deel betreft gevelborden op ooghoogte/gebouwhoogte; Opleveren van de benodigde technische tekeningen en overige documentatie omtrent de bewegwijzering; Het verwijderen en afvoeren van reeds bestaande bewegwijzering, bestaande uit 14 stuks. Beeldmateriaal met enkele voorbeelden van de bestaande bewegwijzering zijn opgenomen in het PvE, bijlage 1a-B - Beeldmateriaal bestaande bewegwijzering. Schouw/Inlichtingenbijeenkomst De Aanbestedende dienst organiseert een inlichtingenbijeenkomst op 16 november 2026, 10:00 uur. Tijdens deze bijeenkomst wordt een toelichting gegeven op de opdracht en de procedure van de aanbesteding. Tevens wordt er een rondleiding op het terrein gegeven. Meer informatie leest u in hoofdstuk 4 van de leidraad. LET OP! U dient zich tijdig aan te melden via Mercell voor deelname aan de schouw.
