De salarisadministratie is momenteel uitbesteed aan een externe partij, die deze werkzaamheden uitvoert voor circa 10 tot 12 uur per week en, indien nodig, ad hoc consultancydiensten. Deze partij is verantwoordelijk voor de periodieke salarisverwerking en aanverwante werkzaamheden zoals beschreven in Bijlage F – Werkzaamheden. De personeelsadministratie is ondergebracht binnen team HR, onderdeel van de afdeling HR & Organisatieontwikkeling en wordt uitgevoerd door drie parttime medewerkers. Zij zijn verantwoordelijk voor het aanleveren, controleren en verwerken van verschillende personeelsmutaties. Sinds januari 2023 wordt gewerkt met het systeem AFAS. Een groot deel van de HR- en salarisprocessen is ingericht via workflows binnen dit systeem. Dit zorgt voor een gestructureerde en gedigitaliseerde werkwijze, maar vraagt ook om specifieke systeemkennis en ondersteuning. Deze opdracht is een raamovereenkomst met een totale geraamde waarde van € 203.000,- exclusief BTW over de gehele duur van de overeenkomst van 4 jaar (incl. verlengopties).
