De opdracht betreft het (strategisch) adviseren, inkopen, optimaliseren, monitoring en rapportage van inkoop van on- en offline media voor diverse uitingen van Mediacollege Amsterdam. Hierbij wordt het mediabureau zowel voor het VMBO als het MBO ingezet. Hierbij is opdrachtgever op zoek naar een praktische partij met een gedegen benadering die proactief handelt en grote kennis heeft van het medialandschap binnen haar doelgroepen. Voor een uitgebreide omschrijving van de opdracht verwijzen wij u naar de aanbestedingsleidraad. De omvang per jaar bedraagt circa € 300.000 inclusief btw, gecombineerd voor de dienstverlening als de ingekochte media. Opdrachtgever gaat haar media inzet kritisch bekijken, dus de mogelijkheid bestaat dat er de komende jaren wat minder wordt uitgegeven. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst is vastgesteld op een totaal van maximaal € 1.400.000. Hierbij is rekening gehouden met toekomstige indexeringen. Indien de opgegeven omvang eerder is gerealiseerd dan de einddatum van de raamovereenkomst, eindigt de overeenkomst.
