De gemeenten Heemskerk, Beverwijk en Velsen zijn voornemens om per februari 2027 een externe partner te contracteren voor de uitvoering van de subsidieverlening binnen het Nationaal Isolatie Programma, hierna NIP. De opdracht richt zich uitsluitend op het faciliteren en uitvoeren van het subsidieproces voor isolatiemaatregelen, waarbij de nadruk ligt op een efficiënte, toegankelijke en schaalbare uitvoering.
