Vanuit de GRSA2 is behoefte ontstaan aan een toekomstbestendige oplossing voor de ondersteuning van de gemeentelijke belastingheffing, het volledige WOZ-proces en het publiekrechtelijk invorderen van gemeentelijke belastingen. De huidige overeenkomst voor de ondersteuning van deze processen loopt af op 31 december 2027. Om de continuïteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen en te voorzien in toekomstbestendige ondersteuning, wordt deze Europese aanbesteding uitgevoerd. De GRSA2 zoekt daarbij een betrouwbare oplossing die aansluit bij de huidige en toekomstige werkwijze en ruimte biedt voor verdere digitalisering, automatisering en verbetering van de informatievoorziening.
