Talland College heeft sinds de zomer van 2024 Microsoft Dynamics 365 in gebruik als CRM-systeem. De initiële inrichting en toepassing van het CRM-systeem is gerealiseerd binnen het team Marketing & Communicatie. Binnen de organisatie bestaat de wens om Microsoft Dynamics 365 organisatiebreed in te zetten. In eerste instantie richt deze uitbreiding zich op het domein Leven Lang Ontwikkelen (LLO), waarbij de focus vergroot van studentenwerving voor het reguliere opleidingsaanbod naar het werven/bedienen van werkende professionals en externe relaties voor bedrijfsopleidingen en om- en bijscholingstrajecten. De totale raming over de gehele looptijd van de raamovereenkomst van maximaal 10 jaar bedraagt € 1.200.000 (exclusief BTW), bestaande uit: Eenmalige inrichtingskosten LLO met een volledige uitvoering (inclusief de koppelingen LLO) in de eerste 24 maanden na definitieve gunning is begroot op maximaal € 320.000 en zijn daarmee een plafondbedrag. Jaarlijkse kosten beheer/support zijn begroot op € 30.000 en daarna jaarlijks geïndexeerd. Jaarlijkse mutaties op de inrichting zijn begroot op € 40.000 en daarna jaarlijks geïndexeerd.
