De Staat der Nederlanden nodigt u als potentiële inschrijver uit om in te schrijven voor de openbare Europese aanbesteding voor de aanschaf van een SAAS-oplossing inzake constructiesoftware voor het kunnen maken en beheren van examenvragen voor de Wet Financieel Toezicht (hierna: Wft). Doel is het afsluiten van een dienstverleningsovereenkomst met één leverancier. Het doel van de Opdracht is het verwerven van constructiesoftware welke gebruikt kan worden om Wft-examens te maken die naar Facet geëxporteerd kunnen worden. Deze examens maken deel uit van het vakbekwaamheidsstelsel Wft. Deze aanbesteding is van toepassing voor het constructiedeel, dus voor enkel de software om de examenvragen te maken en te beheren. Wij zoeken een SAAS-oplossing met het doel: Het faciliteren van DUO om het niveau van zijn huidige dienstverlening, op het gebied van de constructie van examens en de ontvangst door Facet van items (met metadata) voor deze examens te behouden en/of verhogen. De geraamde omvang van de opdracht is door DUO vastgelegd in het inkoopstartformulier en is aangevuld met informatie vanuit de marktconsultatie. De totale geschatte opdrachtwaarde voor 10 jaar (incl. eventuele verlengingen) bedraagt € 2.350.000 excl. btw. Let op: de gegevens die de omvang van de opdracht aangeven zijn een indicatie op basis vanuit het verleden en voor de komende jaren. Aan deze omvang kunnen geen rechten aan worden ontleend.
