Het doel van deze aanbesteding is te komen tot het verstrekken van één Opdracht aan een Opdrachtnemer voor het visvriendelijk maken en het met 20% verhogen van de capaciteit van de aanvoergemalen H. Küpers, mr. V.M. Vennix en Ter Apelkanaal. De opdracht omvat ontwerp, engineering, levering, montage, inbedrijfstelling van pomp technische oplossingen en bijbehorende civiele, werktuigbouwkundige, elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische werkzaamheden bij de drie aanvoergemalen.
