De opdracht betreft de aanschaf inclusief garantie en dienstverlening van leerling- en medewerkersdevices en ook oplaadkarren, laptops, desktops, Chromebooks/Googlebooks, iPads en soortgelijke apparatuur voor alle locaties van opdrachtgever. De opdracht omvat tevens de levering van gangbare ICT-accessoires. Hoewel opdrachtgever voornemens is deze accessoires zoveel mogelijk via de opdrachtnemer af te nemen, behoudt opdrachtgever zich het recht voor om dergelijke producten naar eigen inzicht buiten deze overeenkomst te verwerven. Aan deze overeenkomst kunnen geen minimale afnamevolumes of afnameverplichtingen worden ontleend voor wat betreft accessoires. Ergonomische accessoires vallen niet binnen de scope van de opdracht. Het doel van de opdracht is om per school passende ICT Hardware aan te schaffen inclusief bijbehorende dienstverlening met inachtneming van het programma van eisen.
