Doelstelling van deze aanbesteding is om met één geschikte Opdrachtnemer, die kan voorzien in de behoefte naar schoonmaakdiensten, glasbewassing en vloeronderhoud een overeenkomst aan te gaan. Aanbestedende dienst wenst dit doel te realiseren door middel van een Europese aanbesteding voor schoonmaakdiensten, glasbewassing en vloeronderhoud, volgens een openbare procedure, waar de ‘inschrijving met de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding’ het uitgangspunt is. De raming van deze opdracht (reguliere schoonmaak inclusief vloeronderhoud) bedraagt circa € 51.000,00 per maand inclusief BTW. De raming voor de glasbewassing is circa € 30.000,00 per jaar inclusief BTW. Deze bedragen zijn gebaseerd op de uitgaven in 2025.
