De aanleiding voor deze aanbesteding is de behoefte van Opdrachtgever om een betrouwbare en professionele Opdrachtnemer te vinden voor het uitvoeren van de NEN 3140, 2484 en 365 keuringen. Middels deze aanbesteding wil Opdrachtgever een Raamovereenkomst afsluiten met één Opdrachtnemer die voldoet aan de technische en wettelijke eisen van de NEN-keuringen én flexibel kan inspelen op de verschillende locaties en behoeften van de NVWA.
