The works include; removal of the existing turf surface, subgrade shaping, primary and lateral drainage, installation and commissioning of a new irrigation system, slit drainage, sand carpet installation, seedbed preparation and sowing, and turfgrass grow-in and establishment. The successful Respondent will be responsible for coordinating the works as an integrated construction programme and delivering a completed, functional and high-quality sports-field surface in accordance with the technical specifications, drawings, hold points, testing, commissioning and handover requirements. Please note the Non-Price Submission must be no more than 25 pages in length. Suppliers are reminded that all communication is to be via questions submitted on GETS, which will be responded to via the GETS Question & Answer facility.
