National Individual Consultant – Assessment and Costing of IT Equipment

Description of the Assignment: UNDP Nigeria seeks to engage a National Individual Consultant to undertake a comprehensive technical, institutional, and infrastructure assessment and develop a costed implementation roadmap for the operationalization of the National Situation Room at the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Nigeria .

Period of assignment/services: The assignment is for 15 working days , with the duty station in Abuja, Nigeria , including possible remote work and field visits. Candidates are expected to have an advanced degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Disaster Risk Management, or a related field, with 7–10 years of relevant experience , including demonstrated experience in early warning systems, situation room design, IT infrastructure planning and costing. Interested applicants are required to submit a Technical Proposal, updated CV, Financial Proposal, and supporting documents . The selection will be conducted using the Quality-Based Selection under Fixed Budget (QBFBS) methodology, with emphasis on technical quality.
