The firm shall apply a participatory, learning-by-doing approach and work closely with MWETA, its subgroups, UNDP BIOFIN, the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA), Wakiso District Local Governments and other relevant stakeholders. The assignment shall cover the detailed areas as indicated in the ToR interrelated components:
