Description of the Assignment: To facilitat e the financial sustainability of basin plans through financial ‑ economic analysis , development of mechanisms for mobilizing additional and innovative resources , integration of basin planning into the national budgetary process , and strengthening the capacity of basin council staff and public officials , under the methodological and consultative support of IC 3.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 24 months
