Details
Anskaffelsens formål er å inngå kontrakt om båntekking av kobbertak tårn og restaurering av 4 spir og tårnengel ved Narvik kirke.
Kobbertaket på tårnet er over tiden fått skader og hull. Det skal derfor byttes i sin helhet med samme estetikk som eksisterende tak. Det skal bygges ny tårnengel og 4 småspir identisk med de som er tatt ned.
Narvik kirke er listeført og kommunen har hatt nært samarbeid med Riksantikvaren i forbindelse med restaureringsarbeidet som skal gjøres på kirken. Tilskudd er gitt fra kirkebevaringsfondet.
