Formål og omfang

Stor-Elvdal kirkelige fellesråd har til hensikt å inngå kontrakt om prosjektering og oppføring av nytt driftsbygg ved Atneosen kirke.

Anskaffelsens formål er å dekke oppdragsgivers behov for et nytt, funksjonelt driftsbygg som skal erstatte dagens bygg. Det nye driftsbygget skal etableres på omtrent samme sted som eksisterende driftsbygg og skal ha en enkel, nøytral og formålstjenlig utforming, tilpasset byggets bruk og omgivelsene.

Anskaffelsen omfatter prosjektering og bygging av nytt driftsbygg, herunder de ytelser og leveranser som er nødvendige for å levere et komplett og ferdigstilt bygg i samsvar med konkurransegrunnlaget og vedlagt funksjonsbeskrivelse.

Leverandøren skal som en del av tilbudet levere en tentativ fremdriftsplan for gjennomføring av prosjektet. Fremdriftsplanen skal synliggjøre hovedfaser og sentrale milepæler for prosjektering, utførelse og ferdigstillelse.

Det vil gjennomføres felles tilbudsbefaring onsdag 14.10.26 klokka 09.00
