Details

Miljødirektoratet skal inngå en rammeavtale med én leverandør som kan ivareta organisasjonens samlede behov knyttet til anskaffelse, administrasjon og forvaltning av Microsoft-lisenser og abonnementer. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å sikre kostnadseffektiv, fleksibel og fremtidsrettet tilgang til programvare, skytjenester, lisensforvaltning og tilhørende rådgivningstjenester.

Rammeavtalen skal omfatte levering og forvaltning av Microsofts lisens- og avtaleprogrammer, herunder Enterprise Agreement (EA), Cloud Solution Program (CSP), Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE) og eventuelle etterfølgende eller tilsvarende avtaleformer. Avtalen skal også gi tilgang til kjøp av standard programvarelisenser (hyllevare) fra Microsoft og andre relevante programvareleverandører.

Avtalens verdi er estimert til 55 millioner kroner. Avtalens maksimale verdi er satt til 65 millioner kroner.

Oppdragsgivere

Miljødirektoratet, Artsdatabanken, Norsk Kulturminnefond, Norsk Polarinstitutt og Riksantikvaren er alle oppdragsgivere for denne kontrakten. Miljødirektoratet har ansvaret for gjennomføring av tilbudskonkurransen og oppfølging av kontrakten, og er avtaleeier og vil opptre på vegne av de andre etatene i kontraktsoppfølgingen.
