Details

1. september 2026 vil Miljødirektoratet publisere anskaffelsen for en GIS rammeavtale. Kontrakten omfatter etablering av en rammeavtale for kjøp av konsulenttjenester innen geografiske informasjonssystemer (GIS). Rammeavtalen skal bidra til å dekke direktoratets behov for kompetanse og kapasitet innen GIS-relaterte fagområder i perioden 2027 til 2030.

Rammeavtalen omfatter blant annet rådgivning og bistand knyttet til:

GIS-analyser og fjernmåling
Maskinlæring, dyplæring og kunstig intelligens
Automatisering, ETL, skripting og dataflyt
Kartografi og visualisering
Datamodellering, metadata og standardisering
GIS plattformer, integrasjoner og infrastruktur
Prosjektledelse for GIS-relaterte utviklings- og analyseprosjekter

Anskaffelsen er delt inn i tre delkontrakter:

1. GIS og analyse spesialist (obligatorisk leveranseområde)

2. GIS plattform spesialist

3. GIS prosjektledelse

Leverandører kan gi tilbud på én eller flere delkontrakter. Rammeavtalens estimerte verdi er ca. 16 millioner kroner ekskl. mva. for hele avtaleperioden. Øvre ramme er 20 millioner kroner ekskl. mva.

Avtalen inngås for to år fra 1. januar 2027 til 31. desember 2028, med opsjon på forlengelse i inntil ytterligere to år.
