Ministry of Education invites tenders for MEMIS support project has been implemented under the DME since 2017. The project has been providing all technical and system supports for online MPO application processing and disbursement for more than 7 years. The MEMIS system is in need to developed new and existing system using the latest versions of modern technologies, programming languages, frameworks and development tools to ensure performance, security, maintainability and long-term support services. In fulfilling the stated purposes, DME wishes to hire an experienced IT firm(s), more particularly, on ‘Development of Madrasah Education Management and Information System (MEMIS) for the Directorate of Madrasah Education’ as a whole. The procurement nature is Services. It is being run by Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS). The source of funds is Government. The inviting office is in Dhaka.
