UNHCR is currently conducting a market assessment to identify the prevailing monthly rental rate per square meter (EGP/sqm/month) for a managerial office building in 6th of October City .

We would appreciate receiving your indicative rental quotation and availability details for properties that generally meet the following requirements:

Office building in a non-residential, non-overcrowded area with good accessibility.

Convenient access to public transportation and accessibility-friendly design.

Strong security, health, and safety features, including emergency exits and fire protection systems.

Reliable internet and telecommunications infrastructure, with potential roof space for communication equipment.

Please note that this request is for market assessment purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to lease, rent, or initiate a procurement process.
