UNDP/RFQ/2026/48 - CO - Establishment of Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the Supply of Stationary for UNDP

The primary objective of this Contract is to outsource the services of a competent firm for the supply and distribution of office stationery to the UNDP Office and its staff members on an as-and-when-required basis, in a timely manner. The Contractor will work in close coordination with the General Administration Unit / Administrative Assistant to ensure seamless ordering and the timely processing of payments.

The Contractor shall fulfil stationery orders for country office distribution strictly in accordance with UNDP instructions. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
