Le présent appel d’offres vise à combler les besoins en matière de location de machinerie avec opérateur pour la réalisation de travaux de génie civil, et ce pour trois ans, débutant à l’adjudication du contrat jusqu’au 31 octobre 2029. La location d’équipements pour travaux de génie civil sur le territoire de la Ville de Rivière-du-Loup sont divisés en lots distincts et les contrats seront adjugés par lot. Le DONNEUR D’ORDRE se réserve le droit d’adjuger ou non chacun des lots du présent appel d’offres, en tout ou en partie, après l’ouverture des Soumissions. Pour la durée du Contrat, le SOUMISSIONNAIRE doit mettre prioritairement ses équipements et son personnel lorsque requis par le DONNEUR D’ORDRE à la disponibilité de celui-ci, sur demande de son représentant, et ce, dans un délai maximum d’une heure pour toute urgence. Pour les travaux planifiés, l’ADJUDICATAIRE doit rendre ceux-ci disponibles après entente avec le DONNEUR D’ORDRE. Le ou les opérateurs doivent répondre aux exigences suivantes : Posséder un permis de conduire valide et de la classe appropriée; Posséder un minimum d’expérience dans l’opération d’équipement sur lequel il est affecté; Posséder ses cartes de compétence en règle avec La Commission de la construction du Québec.
