Objet : Le SAD a pour objet la fourniture, livraison, installation et mise en service de matériels scientifiques de laboratoires et d’analyses au profit des unités soutenues par la PFC Brest.

Durée / délai d'exécution : Le SAD est conclu pour une durée de 72 mois à compter de la date d’admission du premier candidat. Il a débuté le 30 juin 2022 et se terminera le 30 juin 2028. Il n’est pas reconductible. Le SAD est exécuté par des marchés spécifiques lancés au fur et à mesure des besoins de la personne publique dans les conditions fixées aux articles R.2162-49 à R.2162-51 du CCP et à l’article 6ARTICLE 6 - du présent RC. Le marché spécifique prend effet à compter de sa date de notification et s’achève après exécution complète et conforme de la prestation afférente.
