Pirkimo objektas – Fizinės apsaugos, stebėjimo ir reagavimo, apsaugos vadovo, apsaugos ir signalizacinių sistemų techninės priežiūros paslaugos (toliau – Paslaugos). Pirkimo objektas į pirkimo objekto dalis neskaidomas. Perkamų Paslaugų savybės, preliminarūs Paslaugų kiekiai, kurie šiame pirkime nėra maksimalūs ir skirti tik pasiūlymų įvertinimui ir palyginimui, ir kiti reikalavimai nurodyti pirkimo sąlygų 1 priede „Techninė specifikacija“. Paslaugų teikimo laikotarpis – 36 (trisdešimt šeši) mėnesiai nuo pirkimo sutarties įsigaliojimo dienos, šios dienos neskaičiuojant.
