Perkančioji organizacija numato įsigyti Kenos pasienio užkardos sienos stebėjimo sistemos modernizavimą prie valstybės sienos su Baltarusijos Respublika, Kenos pasienio užkardos veikimo teritorijoje, Vilniaus raj. savivaldybės ribose (nuo valstybės sienos ženklo Nr. 1099 iki valstybės sienos ženklo Nr. 1123, valstybės sienos ilgis apie 8,7 km ir geležinkelio atkarpa nuo Kenos geležinkelio stoties pasienio kontrolės punkto iki valstybės sienos), atnaujinant optoelektroninę įrangą, detekcines sistemas, duomenų perdavimo tinklą, valdymo centrą, elektros tiekimo ir rezervinio maitinimo sprendimus bei sistemos veikimui reikalingus inžinerinius statinius.
