The key objective of this procurement is to refurbish and reconfigure Ivey Hall spaces, office areas, staff and student support spaces, study and meeting spaces, university library collections and amenities to provide a modern, fit-for-purpose facility, while the building remains operational throughout the works. Works will be delivered in phases, with early enabling and decant works at Hudson commencing under a Letter of Intent from 16 November 2026 and the main contract commencing 3 December 2026. Interested suppliers must registered for the Site Visit and briefing via GETS. To be held at 7.30am Wednesday the 22th July 2026.
