La totalitat de les obres es defineixen en el projecte executiu de comissaria de policia local i protecció civil de Blanes, signat en data 04 de setembre de 2025 per Ana Sierra Conde, en representació de la UTE Ana Sierra Conde, Cristina Ciurans Piqueras i Joan Prat Aguilar, aprovat inicialment pel Ple de l’ajuntament de Blanes en sessió ordinària del 25 de setembre de 2025, i aprovat definitivament al no presentar-se cap al·legació en el període d’exposició pública.
