Seleccionar y contratar una persona jurídica con capacidad técnica, metodológica y logística para planificar, ejecutar, supervisar y consolidar el levantamiento de información primaria en territorio, mediante la implementación complementaria del componente Mobility Tracking de la Matriz de Seguimiento al Desplazamiento (DTM). La operación permitirá monitorear de manera sistemática la presencia, los flujos y las dinámicas de movilidad humana, así como las condiciones de vida de la población desplazada o migrante en tránsito en los municipios y puntos priorizados, con el fin de identificar necesidades, brechas de atención y cambios relevantes para la respuesta.
