De gemeenten in de regio Zwolle werken samen in de uitvoering van de Wet inburgering 2021. De gemeenten hebben besloten om de taallessen en het onderdeel Kennis van de Nederlandse Maatschappij (hierna, KNM) binnen de leerroutes (B1 en Z) gezamenlijk aan te besteden.

De penvoerder c.q. Aanbestedende dienst in dit samenwerkingsverband van gemeenten is de gemeente Zwolle.

Deelnemende gemeenten (Perceel 1, B1-route): Hattem, Heerde, Oldebroek, Olst-Wijhe, Raalte, Zwartewaterland, Meppel, Staphorst en Zwolle.

Deelnemende gemeenten (Perceel 2, Z-route): Hattem, Heerde, Oldebroek, Olst-Wijhe, Zwartewaterland en Zwolle.

De gemeente Zwolle wil ten behoeve van de Deelnemende gemeenten voor elk perceel één gezamenlijke Raamovereenkomst afsluiten met één Opdrachtnemer. Partijen mogen op beide percelen inschrijven, maar ook op een afzonderlijk perceel Inschrijven.
