De RDI is op zoek naar een leverancier die laboratoriummetingen uit gaat voeren. De laboratoriummetingen bestaan uit de onderstaande vier componenten:

1. Radio-eigenschappen (RF): Het uitvoeren van metingen aan radioapparaten om te toetsen of deze voldoen aan de eisen;

2. Elektromagnetische compatibiliteitsaspecten (EMC): Het uitvoeren van metingen aan uitrusting (Apparaten) of radioapparaten om te toetsen of deze voldoen aan de eisen;

3. Gezondheids- en veiligheidsaspecten: Het uitvoeren van testen en beproevingen aan radioapparaten om te toetsen of deze voldoen aan de eisen;

4. Cyberaspecten: het onderzoeken van de cybersecurity-eisen van radioapparatuur met een internetverbinding.
