Kristiansand kommune inviterer til åpen anbudskonkurranse på levering av konsulenttjenester innenfor organisasjonsutvikling (OU).Avtalen skal dekke behov for kompetanse, kapasitet, sparring og eksterne vurderinger i både tjenesteområder og sentrale stabsområder, inkludert prosesser som berører teknologi- og digitaliseringsområdet.Et formål med anskaffelsen er å sikre at kommunen har tilgang på spesialistkompetanse og uavhengige ressurser når dette er nødvendig, samtidig som kommunen viderefører sin strategi om å bygge kapasitet, kompetanse og metodeforståelse internt.
