Utbetaling av ytelser er en samfunnskritisk oppgave for blant annet å sikre livsopphold, og er en avgjørende del av verdikjeden for alle ytelser Nav leverer.Det er behov for å gjennomføre en teknisk modernisering av løsningene på utbetalingsområdet for å understøtte denne delen av Navs samfunnsoppdrag. Nav skal etablere et prosjekt som skal ha ansvar for moderniseringen. Arbeids- og velferdsetaten inviterer til konkurranse om konsulentavtaler for å dekke Navs behov for kompetanse og kapasitet for å gjennomføre prosjektet.
