Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå en rammeavtale med én landsdekkende leverandør som ivaretar produksjon, leveranse, og montering av skilt, folie og sonemarkering til Navs kontorer og hjelpemiddelsentraler, både utvendig og innvendig. Avtalen skal også inngå tjenester og produkter knyttet til universell utforming. Leverandøren skal på forespørsel også kunne fungere som en rådgiver og kunne bidra til utvikling av maler, prototyper for skilt og foliering i samarbeid med Nav.
