Forsvarsbygg inviterer leverandøren til å inngi tilbud på følgende oppdrag: BHO for NAWSARH i Bodø med opsjon på BHO på NAWSARH i Tromsø. Det skal leveres et BHO som eventuelt dekker begge lokasjonene hvis opsjonen utløses. Det skal kun leveres en person i tilbudet.Prosjektet omfatter etablering av nytt hangaranlegg for redningstjenesten i Bodø, basert på konseptet for standardbase med tre helikopterdokker (én beredskapsdokk og to vedlikeholdsdokker), samt tilhørende funksjoner for operativ drift, administrasjon, verksted, lager og internat.Tomt for hangaranlegget er nå lokalisert på «Stanghaugen» med god tilkomst til fly operative arealer i NLBO. Plasseringen er tilpasset utformingen av ny lufthavn og overordnet infrastruktur. Landside adkomst til hangaranlegget etableres fra øst. På flyside etableres direkte adkomst til ny TWY Y og rullebane, slik at operative krav til responstid og effektiv trafikkavvikling ivaretas.Anlegget blir etablert i Avinor/ NLBO sitt anleggsområde med eget byggegjerde. I byggeperioden skal kontakten mellom totalentreprenør og NLBO utbyggingsprosjekt styres gjennom fastsatte koordineringsmøter.
