Oppdragsgiver har behov for å inngå en løpende tjenestekontrakt for et komplett kommunalt gebyrsystem med følgende: - System for forvaltning av kommunale gebyrer/avgifter. - System for forvaltning av private avløpsanlegg - System for forvaltning av renovasjon - System for forvaltning av vannmålere Formålet med anskaffelsen er å bidra til at forvaltningen av kommunale gebyrer/avgifter og den tilhørende tekniske forvaltningen (og myndighetsforvaltningen) blir mest mulig effektiv. Konkurransen gjennomføres som et samarbeid og det opprettes tre (3) kontraktsforhold, et for hver oppdragsgiver.
