Kristiansund kommune v/ Eiendomsdrift skal lage et tilbygg til bolig i Gårdsveien 1. Tilbygget består av to soverom og en stue. Det skal dessuten skiftes vinduer og bordkledning på en vegg, samt skifte ut noen vindskibord.

Denne anskaffelsen gjelder oppsetting av tilbygget, nødvendig grunnarbeid, utskifting av vinduer og en balkongdør, og annet bygningsmessige arbeider, samt arbeid innen tekniske fagområder i denne sammenheng. Bygget ble oppført rundt år 2004.

Kristiansund kommune vil bestille rammeavtaleaktører på tekniske fag som vil bli kontrahert for seg. Dette gjelder Malerarbeider, gulvbelegg, Elektro, ventilasjon og evt. rør og sanitær.

Det forventes at tømrerfaget tar med seg nødvendige underentreprenører i sitt tilbud som:

  • Murer- Støping såle/grunnmur/plate.
